We introduce the first seismic velocity models for northern Thailand using local earthquake tomography. Data from the Thai Meteorological Department and USGS were analyzed using waveforms from eight permanent stations. Tomographic inversions were conducted on a 300x300 km grid with 10 km horizontal and 5 km vertical spacing, using LOTOS-12 code. Results align with geological data and reveal low-velocity anomalies at shallow depths linked to basins. Deeper low anomalies beneath hot springs are interpreted as geothermal sources. High Vp/Vs ratios suggest fluid-rich hot materials below mountain ranges. The Moho depth is estimated at 35 km, consistent with previous studies.
